Schuyler was a professional cook at NYC’s Gramercy Tavern, who had also had a number of “day jobs” in marketing and PR for companies like Zagat when she realized she could combine her passions by producing chef-led tasting events around the country for clients like the NYC Wine and Food Festival. In the decade since, has broadened her experience to include consumer special events & galas, trade shows, product launches, and sales meetings & training. Schuyler has held just about every production role and is an expert in logistics.
She is also famous for her guacamole.
